To whom it may concern

I have worked as a junior chef in the United States for a year and worked four years at Sugar Bay Resorts in South Africa.

I started off as an activity instructor and was then promoted to a team leader. Thereafter i was promoted to head of staff were my title was the Personnel Manager.

I then took a break to try out something new but realised that the hospitality industry is what I am most passionate about.

I am currently residing in Sandton and looking to get back into the the industry.
