Saronsberg - A Passage to All Senses
In the first of the new wine season for 2010, Saronsberg Wine Estate will be presenting a selection of their best wines paired with a tasting menu and music. These innovative wine/food/music evenings have been received with much enthusiasm so early booking is advised.

Saronsberg Sauvignon Blanc - Anchovy & Olive Tapenade in Pastry Crust
Saronsberg Chardonnay - Nachos with Mango Salsa
Provenance Rooi and Shiraz - Spanikoppita, Dolmades and Arni fricassee (Lamb in phyllo with lemon)
Saronsberg Full Circle and Shiraz - Moroccan Lamb with dried apricots and fresh figs
Baklava and Coffee
Wines by Saronsberg. Tastes provided by Margie Harel of Aubergine Cookery Studio.
