All day from 10h00 - 22h00

Family fishing, kids fruit cocktails, bread baking, sweets & treats and art.  Fish and beverages to be exhibited, demonstrated and tasted.
Organic salads, bread, fruit and veggies and more as well as health and beauty products.
In the Lifestyle section sweets & treats, coffee, books, art and exceptional bio-degradable packaging.
In the meat section new amazing organic beef, lamb and ostrich.
All Knysna Gastronomica's Restaurant chefs will demonstrate their signature dishes.
Entertainment all day...dance, song and music.
Street fashion show.
Special this year - a food drama

25 - 27 September - two days of demonstrations, workshops and talks by very special people

Interesting subjects like "basic nutrition" will be debated.
Demonstrations of new unknown veggies and how to cook, add or blend them.
Eat fresh and in-season to enjoy all the necessary ingredients to good health...keep watching the website.
Cultivate your palette:  single malt whiskey paired with selected food dishes to achieve mouth watering harmony.  Learn how to make sushi.  One basic bread dough makes many different types of bread.
And of course we must have chocolate...chocolate...chocolate!
