Whenever there's food involved, you can be sure there's fun - and this year's Summer Good Food & Wine Show offers it in spades.
 The experience here is hands-on. No more sitting around listening to some poncey foodie yak on: here you can roll up your sleeves and get down to it.
Once again, the BBC celeb chefs will be there to meet, ask, interrogate, wheedle secrets from, beg recipes off. From simple fare to gourmet banquets, local fresh produce to rare international treats. Plus great tips on how to make money-saving meals and plan your kitchen garden.
Its all about connecting, talking, tasting. Some show highlights include an Alchemy of Gold, Essence of Fine Brandy tasting theatre as well as an interactive Coffee Theatre, The Great Wine Sale and the Design A Bunny Chow Competition.
Eat, be entertained and enjoy the good things in life. Your entrance ticket entitles you to a wonderful range of free food and wine samplings, as well as fantastic prizes, giveaways and special offers.
