Probably the hottest American rock band has just announced that they'll
be visiting South Africa in December for two concerts only.
The
group consists of lead singer Brandon Flowers, guitarist Dave Keuning, bass player
Mark Stoermer and drummer Ronnie Vannucci Jr.
Some of their most popular hits include:
'Mr Brightside', 'All These Things That I’ve done' and 'Somebody Told Me'.
They've already won 7 Grammy awards as well as several MTV, BRIT and NME Awards.
And they've headlined some of the biggest festivals in the world
such as Glastonbury, Reading/Leeds and Pukkelpop.
Due to the overwhelming response for tickets, The Killers will be playing in Jo'burg for another date: Thurs 3 December 2009 (Tickets for Fri 4 Dec - sold out!)
The Killers will also play in Cape Town on Sun, 6 December 2009.
