It's nearly time again for the very worthy "Blisters for Bread" walk - an annual event that raises much-needed funds to help the Peninsula School Feeding
Association (PSFA) provide nutritious meals to hungry school children
in the Western Cape.
 There's a choice to suit everyone, so you can enter the 5Km, 10Km or 20Km walk along the Sea Point Promenade - with awesome views, as usual.
There will be live entertainment on the day, give-away prizes, food and fun for the whole family after the walk.
