It's time again for one of the biggest Foodie events on the Garden Route - with tasty and unusual eats, treats and wines, live music and sporting action. It's 3 full days of fun, food and family entertainment.
This year there are 77 stalls where you can sample, buy and taste a variety of wines from some of the country's leading vineyards. Like a chocolate fountain. Or aloe-juice. Or chocolate salami. Or chilli nougat. Sumptuous ports. Or brandy-tastings for the brave!
At the Foodworx Theatre, top chefs show off their skills. Expert cheesemakers show you how to match the right cheese with the perfect wine. Fashionistas will combine wine with the latest fashions. And at night, there's local artists and bands performing in the big "kuier" tent.
For sports lovers, there are fun walks (5kms), marathons of 10 and 21 kms to be run, an all-day Golf Classic on Fancourt's members-only Montague Course, Mountain Biking enduros - 35 km, 62 km and an 11 km fun ride.
And for the kids, there's herds of fun. A jungle of blow-up jumping castles, foosball, activities, crafts, challenges, face-paintings and more.
And it's all happening in the scenic town of George, watched over by the majestic Outeniqua mountains.
Definitely worth leaving home for!
