This will be the third HICA concerence - the first one was held in October 2007 in Cape Town & the second was held in Sandton last September (2008). 

This year's HICA promises to firmly establish this event on the hospitality & tourism annual calendar.  It's a great opportunity for both speakers and visitors to discuss investment and development opportunities within the African hospitality sector.  It's also an excellent forum to discuss and share world trends, personal experiences, networking opportunities and get the lowdown on international best practice.   Emerging entrepreneurs find this an excellent way to learn from their more experienced counterparts, and it's also a vehicle for encourage dialogue and discussions between government role players and the private & business sectors.

The conference is hosted by the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA), in association with the conference’s founding partners, the Department of Environmental Affairs & Tourism (DEAT) of South Africa and the Pam Golding Hospitality Group.
