This highly popular event is a highlight on Cape Town's annual festival calendar.
The festival is community based and has a platform of promoting all that is healthy, holistic and lifestyle based.
This festival is all about celebrating life and this year it’s all new! With the presence of home-grown musical talents the likes of Robin Auld, Tucan Tucan, and Chris Tokalon and a film festival are all sufficient reasons to attend.
This year it is billed as a means to spoiling your body, stretching your mind, and feeding your soul.
