Perhaps Lonely Planet - the traveller's bible - says it best: "The Coffee Shack ... is a genuine and unaffected mecca for fun-loving travellers."

Its location is awesome: it's on the beach of South Africa's untamed & remote Wild Coast. Then it's run by people who really care - about the environment, the local people, partying and preserving the way of life.  It's run by an ex-World class surfer and offers the cheapest surf lessons ever. Then it's just a magic place to be.

And did we mention the awesome location???

Dave & Bels\'s hospitality is legendary. Great to see that they\'re so involved and concerned with giving back to and empowering the local community. Just one of those special places ...
