Set high on the ridge in Pretoria's Waterkloof area, Bohemian House is a harmonious balance between the warm, familiar atmosphere of a much-loved family home - and the comfort and services of a luxury hotel.
The original house was designed by the famous architect Christopher Alexander - and its high ceilings and windows flood the house with sunshine by day and moonlight by night. Its owners are avid travellers and it shows in the many treasures from around the world, lovingly collected over the years.
Each room has its own private entrance. Each is beautifully decorated according to its particular theme, with double-louvered doors opening onto garden or balcony. Each one is designed to be totally enchanting and captivating!
It's perfect for a tranquil break and an ideal base for business executives. Waterkloof is where you'll find all the embassies and consulates. It's close to most of the office parks - and the best golf courses in Pretoria. The emphasis is on tranquility ... and the little, unexpected extras.

Each is furnished and decorated with cherished items and
ornaments collected over many years.

Bohemian House is fully licensed. 3 to 5-course dinners are available on request. Their dishes are mostly South African but are also inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, with touches of Tunisia, Morocco, Italy and French cooking. Only the best seasonal produce is used.

Pretoria is the Capital City, also known as Jacaranda City. It's a gateway to Mpumalanga province and all its game parks, like the famous Kruger National Park.
Bohemian House is 25 mins from O R Thambo International Airport (Johannesburg) and 15 mins away from the Rovos Rail luxury train station.
Nearby, Pretoria has a lot to offer: Groenkloof and Rietvlei Game & Nature Reserves, Magalies Mountains, National Botanic GardenS, Pilansberg Reserves, Tswaing Crater, Austin Robberts Bird Park and lots more.
For golf enthusiasts, the Pretoria Country Club, Monument Golf Club, Siverlakes, Woodhill and Irene Country Club are all nearby.
