Amanzimtoti sea side resort town, south of DurbanA popular seaside holiday destination, this area is the gateway to KZN South Coast and is filled with hotels, resorts, holiday homes, caravan parks and lodges.  It also has its fair share of restaurants, fast food outlets and arts & crafts shops and markets.

It's said that the great King Shaka named Amanzimtoti - which means 'sweet waters' in Zulu.  Locals usually call it 'Toti.

This region has gorgeous, golden beaches with life guards and shark nets.  Many areas have swimming pools, picnic sites, boat hire and are great fishing and surfing spots.
