Rates Include:

• Payment is only due by termination of the rental
• Please note that you have to produce your credit card, drivers licence and passport when receiving the rental-vehicle
• Free delivery and collection fees in SA in a 35 km radius from our branches
• Cellphone only on request & booked in advance /subject to availability
• Unlimited kilometers
• Airport delivery and drop off
• Theft insurance
• Collision damage waiver
• 14% VAT
• Tourism levy and airport surcharges
• Baby seats (if confirmed by booking)
• Personal accident insurance
• 24 hour/7 days a week National Roadside Assistance

Cross Border Traveling

• Cross Border Fees (Swaziland, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Botswana & Namibia): Free
• Cross border fee for Mozambique: R1000
• A letter of authorization must be requested at the time of reservation
• Authorized countries are Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Swaziland and Zimbabwe
• Unauthorized countries are Angola and Zambia
• Should damage or theft occur in only for Mozambique, the following will apply:
  • Standard Cover : R35 000 excess
  • Super Cover : R9000 excess
• One -way drop off fee to Windhoek: R3300

• Cellphone insurance cost R9.95 per day, free incoming calls, local calls are charged direct to your cellphone @ R 2, 40 per minute, 50% off international calls, excess R700- R 1500
• Contract fee of R20 per rental
• Delivery and collection fees(During office hours)- 0-35 kms : Free, 35kms+ : Please enquire.
• After Hours & Weekend Delivery/Collection Fees- R220 per Delivery/Collection

• Super Cover Rates are for International Passport Holders only. For SA-Residents Standard Cover applies.
• Claim and administration Fee: Maximum R500
• Fine Handling Fee: R195
• Extension rates (if you extend your rental without approval)
• Baby-seats per rental: R110
• No Show Fee / Late Cancellation Fee on Vehicles GRP E/F/K/M/I/Y/J: R250 per vehicle

Insurance Cover:

We offer the following insurance (excess waivers) with our vehicles for rental in and out of South Africa

With all damages, theft or accidents to vehicles an administration fee of a maximum R 500 will apply.

Standard cover in case of any damage to or theft of the vehicle: In South Africa the client will be liable for the maximum amount of the excess. The standard cover doubles in the following countries: Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho & Swaziland. In Mozambique the excess is R 35 000.

Super cover (executive cover or excess waiver) in case of accident or theft of the vehicle: In South Africa the client will be covered (liable for administration fee). In the following countries: Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho & Swaziland the excess is the same as Namibian-super-cover-excess according to the group of vehicle. In Mozambique the excess is R 9000.

* Regardless of fault, the client will be liable for all damages to the vehicle as a result of a collision with a stationary object, pedestrian or animal

Breach of Contract:

**Accident occurring after vehicle is due back
**Driving under the influence of alcohol
**Accident due to traffic violations
**Negligence
**Unauthorised drivers
**Damage to windows, tyres, rims, hubcaps, radios, upholstery, radios
**Accidents on gravel roads.
